When reality TV stars Robert and Carmen Geiss of Die Geissens wanted to give their Monaco mansion’s pool a fresh new look, they had one request: “Wow us with something unique.” Taking inspiration from the connection between water and its most fearsome predator, Deko Design Systems pitched a bold idea: swimming with sharks.
Real sharks weren’t part of the plan. Instead the vision came to life through stunning 3D pool artwork created by Gräflich Münster’sche Manufaktur. The project was then handed over to Deko Design Systems’ franchise partner, Makrü-Bau GmbH, a full-service contractor, who transformed the 80m² pool into an underwater world.
The project didn’t go unnoticed. It was featured in the January 2026 print edition of the Nordfriesland Tageblatt and also covered online by SHZ, part of the Schleswig-Holsteinischer Zeitungsverlag.
