Deko Design Systems™ founded in 2024 by Shermine Gotfredsen. We have experience creating more than 10,000m2 of amazing and unique decorative metallic resin floors over the years and have trained more than 1500 craftsmen to do the same. Shermine, with many years of experience in the robotics industry, turns her keen business eye to this new segment.

Shermine is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience driving business growth in B2B and B2C sectors in companies in Denmark and Singapore. As Founder and CEO of Deko Design Systems, she crafts the company’s strategy and champions the success of both franchise partners and clients. Her expertise in channel development and branding makes her a powerhouse asset. Shermine is a native English speaker and is fluent in Danish.

Mascot
Carla, our French bulldog partner, is the heart of Deko Design Systems. She’s the pâté-loving connoisseur of comfort, having assisted Sascha on 1,000 m2 of sleek floors. From her cozy office bed to our clients’ sites, her calm presence and loving snoozes infuse charm into our travels. Her accidental paw prints? Just her signature of approval on our decorative metallic masterpieces!
Sascha Franke
Chief Product Designer
A flooring pioneer, Sascha revolutionised the decorative metallic flooring industry in Germany. A visionary educator and entrepreneur, he’s trained 1300+ craftsmen, installed 10,000+ sqm of flooring, and developed superior polyurethane systems. As Chief Product Designer of Deko Design Systems, Sascha blends artistry with business savvy… and has a soft spot for his French bulldog, Carla. Sascha is a native German speaker and is fluent in Danish and English.
